Ten Chichester  B&B was built in the 1900s as a croft for a family that worked the farmland, in the early 20th Century.   Over the past hundred years it has grown into a substantial house, that we have been running as a bed and breakfast, in Chichester  since 2012.

In the bedrooms the Suffolk hearths and old waxed doors make the rooms feel comfortable and ‘homely’, whilst downstairs the guest sitting room and dining room have wood-burning stoves for those cold autumn and winter evenings!

Upstairs, Ten Chichester B&B has 3 ensuites double bedrooms, each one different, but all colourful!  All rooms have free wifi, and hospitality trays, with homemade biscuits. Fresh milk is available in the refridgerator in the dinning room.  A selection of toiletries are available in the bathroom. All rooms have flat screen TVs, 100% cotton sheets and towels, and luggage holders.

Whilst downstairs we have a guest sitting room, with books and maps of local interest, and our guest dinning room.

The house is fully double glazed.

Outside we have a garden at back of the house, and private off road parking for all our guests.  This is accessed from Blackberry Lane to the side of the house off Whyke Road.

Ten Chichester B&B is situated is an easy stroll into the city. Chichester Festival Theatre, Pallant House, Gallery, the Cathedral are all very central. Chichester University, Chichester College  and St Richards Hospital are about half a mile away.

For travels outside Chichester to West Witterings, Fishbourne Roman Palace, West Dean, Weald and Dowbland, bus stops are located close to the house. Whilst Arundel and it’s castle, and Portsmouth Historic Dockyard can both be reached by train.
